As a student at the Iovine and Young Academy, it can be hard to explain what the Academy is. So I decided to make a video, about a group of students making a video, about what the Academy is to them. This allowed us to have different segments in different styles, ranging from documentary interviews, to cheesy pitch videos, to stop motion animation.
I wrote, directed, and shot this piece, with my friends acting as versions of themselves. It took around a week to shoot, with at least a dozen hours spent on the post-it note sequence alone.
